All classified positions require completion of a District application, including a copy of applicant’s high school diploma or equivalent, and appropriate testing.

TESTING INFORMATION

• Most positions require testing.  Passing score is 70%.  At the end of each job description you will find the testing requirement for the position. Verification of high school diploma or GED or Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Testing is by appointment ONLY.  A district application (and typing certificate, if applicable) must be submitted before an appointment can be scheduled for testing.

Definition

To perform responsible technical/professional accounting and auditing duties in the maintenance of District categorical program accounts and other financial records to ensure that District financial statements, reports and records are accurate. Employees in the classification receive limited supervision within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. This job class is responsible for exercising independent judgment and decision-making skills regarding standard accounting procedures for the District.

• **Accounting degree or certificates equivalent to a College degree in accounting or related fields.
• **At least five years of work experience related in accounting, preferable in the area of California School Finance.

BUiLDING TRADES WORKER

Salary Range 52 (Entry Level $26.32/hr)

Definition

Under general supervision, to perform a variety of semiskilled, unskilled, and limited skilled general facilities repair and maintenance work; and to perform related work as required.

Definition

Definition

Under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Financial Facilities Analyst performs responsible technical and professional fiscal accounting and auditing functions for the District’s Measure L and other Facilities related accounts and other financial records; to ensure that District financial statements, reports, and records are accurate. Under supervision, to perform varied landscape, irrigation and hardscape maintenance and construction work; to operate powered grounds equipment, such as edgers, push mowers, small riding mowers, trucks, and trailers; to lean to operate large gang mowers, tractors and tractor attachments, and to perform related work as required.

Definition

The District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to supporting students who exhibit academic, social and behavioral challenges in collaboration with families, teachers, instructional aides, administrators and other district staff. The BCBA will provide support to students with a focus on identifying skills necessary to achieve social competence in the school setting while preventing and addressing challenging behaviors.

Definition

The District is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work under the guidance and oversight of the classroom teacher and the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BSBA) to support students with both academic and behavioral needs which may include modifying curriculum, teaching and reinforcing replacement behaviors, managing difficult behaviors and facilitating students with peer interactions as appropriate to the student’s Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training/Experience

• Minimum of Associate degree or equivalent;
• Minimum of three years of professional experience working with students in a special education program

Definition

Under general supervision, oversee daily site kitchen operations for the Child Nutrition Programs at an elementary school setting.  Participate in the preparation, cooking/heating and serving of hot and cold menu items to students and staff at an assigned elementary school site kitchen including but not limited to summer school and after school programs.  Maintain the kitchen and serving areas in a safe, clean and orderly condition; requisition, receive and store food and supplies; train and provide work direction and guidance to assigned staff and/or students; and to do related work as required.
