Preschool Enrollment
Enrolling your child in our preschool program offers two main options: fee-based enrollment and free or reduced enrollment. Fee-based enrollment allows families to directly pay for their child’s participation in the program, with slots allocated through a lottery system due to high demand. Free or reduced enrollment provides financial assistance for eligible families based on specific eligibility criteria, ensuring access to high-quality preschool education at reduced or no cost. Both options require adherence to program requirements to maintain enrollment eligibility and ensure a supportive learning environment for all children.

Enrollment Process for Free or Reduced Preschool
Follow these steps to secure your child’s spot:
- Step 1: Complete the Application
Access and complete the application in English or Spanish.
- Step 2: Submit your Application
Submit your application in person or by email.- Bring your completed application to Turnbull Child Development Center located at 715 B Indian Ave. San Mateo
- Email your completed application to csppenrollment@smfcsd.net
- Step 3: Confirmation and Next Steps
Once your application is processed, you’ll receive a phone call from a member of our team, as well as a confirmation email with important details, including orientation information and the program start date.
